Refund application conditions
We provide a 14-day no-questions-asked refund service. You can apply for a refund within 14 days after receiving the product. The refund application must meet the following conditions:
The product is unused, unwashed, and keeps the original packaging and labels;
The package must contain all original accessories and gifts.
Application process
To apply for a refund, please follow the steps below:
Send an email to our customer service email address, explain the reason for the refund, and attach your order number;
We will process your request within 2 working days after receiving the refund application, and provide the return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs
If the refund is due to product quality problems or wrong goods, we will bear the return shipping costs. If a refund is requested for personal reasons (such as dislike or inappropriateness), the return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Refund processing
Once we receive the returned product and confirm that the refund conditions are met, we will process the refund within 2 working days. Refunds will be made via the original payment method, and the exact time of arrival will depend on the payment method used.
Exceptions
The following situations do not apply to the refund policy:
The product has been used or cleaned;
Refund requests are made more than 14 days after the date of the refund.
